It’s always good to freeze blueberries and cranberries in season so you have them on hand. Simply bag them, freeze and rinse before using. This good smoothie will give special support for your urinary tract and bladder.
3/4 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 banana, frozen or fresh
1 leaf of Kale or collards, can tear leaf off stem or not, depending on your preference and blender
5 fresh or frozen strawberries
1 pear, ripe and cored
Water to blend (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 Tbls. chia seed (optional)
Blend the 1st 5 ingredients with a little bit of water at first. Add water in smaller amounts and keep blending. (Adding the bulk of the liquid last helps the blending process best)
Stir in chia seed if using.
Drink and enjoy!

2 oranges, peeled and seeded
2 leaves collard greens, deveined
2 cups berry blend frozen fruit
3 cups filtered water
Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend well, serve and enjoy. Can refrigerate smoothies for at least 2 days. Shake or stir well before serving.
