Peaches and Cream
Serves one hungry VeganGal or 2 people who don’t eat as much as I do… 🙂
I have eaten this fast and easy breakfast for days now and I still LOVE it!!
1 cup leftover brown rice
1 cup non-dairy milk of choice
1 large apple
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 ripe peach, cut into bite size pieces
Blend all but the peach. Pour into a large bowl, add fresh peach, sprinkle with more cinnamon and enjoy!
