Collard and Pineapple Smoothie
Try blending at lower speeds to reduce foam (bananas and frozen fruit will help cut down on foam as well as waiting 15 minutes stirring gently before drinking)
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple
3 small leaves of collard greens
1 small chunk of fresh ginger
2 dates, pitted
Blend and enjoy!
