Chocolate-Cherry Nirvana Smoothie

Makes 4 servings
2 cups unsweetened frozen cherries
1 1/2 cups chocolate rice milk or low-fat chocolate soymilk, or 1 1/2 cups vanilla
rice- or soymilk with 2 Tbls. cocoa powder
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. A delicious dessert on a hot day or a wonderful “carry-out” breakfast, perhaps with a small bag with some almonds and high-fiber cereal.
